Section 1

General Conditions

Skyterminal acts as a travel agent and intermediary between the passenger and the airline. All airline tickets are sold subject to the applicable airline fare rules, conditions of carriage, and where applicable, International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations.

By completing payment and confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts the airline fare conditions applicable to the selected ticket.

Prior to ticket issuance, customers will be informed that airline-specific fare rules apply. Where available, a summary of the fare conditions will be displayed during the booking process and subsequently provided by email together with the booking confirmation and e-ticket.

The delivery of the booking confirmation, e-ticket and fare conditions to the email address provided by the customer shall constitute evidence that such information has been communicated to the customer.

Section 2

Acceptance of Fare Rules

By proceeding with payment, the customer confirms that they:

  • Have reviewed and accepted the applicable airline fare conditions.
  • Understand that many airline tickets are non-refundable once issued.
  • Understand that change fees, cancellation penalties and fare differences may apply.
  • Authorise Skyterminal to issue the airline ticket in accordance with the selected fare conditions.

Once a ticket has been issued, all subsequent changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the airline's fare rules and conditions.

Section 3

Low-Cost Carrier Tickets

Tickets issued by low-cost airlines, including but not limited to Ryanair, easyJet, Wizz Air, Vueling, Pegasus, Transavia and similar carriers, are generally:

  • Non-refundable after booking confirmation and ticket issuance.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Subject to airline change fees and fare differences where changes are permitted.

No refund will be available unless specifically authorised by the airline under its published conditions.

Section 4

Scheduled Airline Tickets (IATA Airlines)

Tickets issued by scheduled airlines, including IATA member airlines, are subject to the fare conditions selected by the customer at the time of booking.

Depending on the fare purchased, tickets may be:

  • Fully refundable.
  • Partially refundable.
  • Non-refundable.
  • Changeable subject to airline penalties and fare differences.

Refund eligibility is determined solely by the fare conditions imposed by the airline.

Section 5

Voluntary Cancellation by Passenger

If a passenger wishes to cancel a booking after ticket issuance:

  • Refunds will only be processed where permitted by the airline fare rules.
  • Airline cancellation penalties may apply.
  • Administrative or service fees may apply where permitted by law.
  • Certain taxes may be refundable even where the airfare itself is non-refundable, subject to airline approval.

Refund requests are submitted to the airline for assessment and approval in accordance with the applicable fare conditions.

Section 6

Voluntary Changes by Passenger

Changes requested by a passenger after ticket issuance are subject to:

  • Airline fare conditions.
  • Airline change penalties.
  • Applicable fare differences.
  • Any administrative service fees where applicable.

Certain promotional or discounted fares may not permit changes after ticket issuance.

Section 7

Airline Schedule Changes and Flight Cancellations

Where an airline cancels a flight or makes a significant schedule change, the airline's disruption policy shall apply.

Depending on the airline's policy, passengers may be offered:

  • Free rebooking onto an alternative flight.
  • Travel credit or voucher.
  • Full refund of the unused ticket value.

Where the airline authorises a full refund due to cancellation or significant schedule disruption, the customer will receive the full amount refunded by the airline to the original payment method.

Section 8

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times depend on the airline, payment processor and banking institution. Customers should allow up to 30 business days following airline approval for funds to appear in their account.

Skyterminal cannot accelerate refund processing times controlled by airlines or financial institutions.

Section 9

Service Fees

Any professional service fees, booking assistance fees, consultation fees or administrative fees charged by Skyterminal are non-refundable once the service has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

Section 10

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Skyterminal before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

For dispute resolution purposes, the following records may be relied upon as evidence of the transaction:

  • Booking confirmation.
  • Payment authorisation records.
  • Customer communications.
  • Airline reservation records.
  • Issued electronic tickets.
  • Fare rules communicated to the customer.
  • Acceptance of Terms and Conditions during checkout.
  • IP address, device information and transaction logs where available.

Where a booking has been correctly processed and a ticket issued in accordance with the customer's instructions and accepted fare conditions, Skyterminal reserves the right to challenge chargebacks and payment disputes using the above evidence.
